Gray line messaging
COVID-19 Response
During this difficult and uncertain time, it is monumental to be part of a trusted, global, brand. It is also now, more than ever, extremely important that we have consistent messaging across all channels and locations.
We have created a series of templates in reference to COVID-19, and will continue to roll out more templates as the situations evolve. When using any Gray Line social media channel, it is mandatory you use one of the templates, so we can make sure our brand messaging is staying consistent. If you would like to post anything (regarding COVID-19), that is not one of the provided templates, you must either send it Gray Line Worldwide for approval or use a non-Gray Line account to post it.
You will notice the background images on the templates are different, you are free to use any of the generic ones provided below, or use the template and incorporate an image of your destination. When you download the blank template, it is a .png file with no background image. All you need to do it place it over an image of your destination, a royalty free image that you own the rights to. The simpler the better, so that it is still eye-catching, yet the main focus is on the message itself. If you need any help finding images or with how to use the template, please reach out to Emilie Schlafly.
