BrandING requirements
FOR SIGHTSEEING VEHICLES
Note: These requirements do not apply to vehicles that aren't used for sightseeing. Example: Charter vehicles
Please note that edits to the Branding Requirements haven’t eliminated any of the existing requirements, they only add an alternate option. If you already have vehicles approved by GLWW, those vehicles are still considered compliant within the updated requirements.
100% OF SIGHTSEEING FLEET
1. Gray Line Logo [each side of vehicle]
*ALTERNATES: If the Sightseeing Everywhere tagline and the grayline.com URL are used only on the back of the vehicle, no other advertising or co-branding can be on the back of the vehicle. The vehicle still must have conforming Gray Line branding on each side of the vehicle (meaning requirement #1 is met).
1. Gray Line Logo [each side of vehicle]
- Minimum size 48 inches, 122 cm for motor coaches, or sized proportionally for small vehicles
- Gray Line logos must be integrated as part of the overall design concept, as approved by Gray Line Worldwide
- Minimum size 36 inches, 91 cm for motor coaches, or sized proportionally for small vehicles
- The Sightseeing Everywhere tagline cannot be paired with any other URL other than grayline.com or grayline.com/destination as it is the official Gray Line tagline
- grayline.com is also acceptable, but graylinedestination.com is not.

EXCEPTIONS
Licensees may apply for exceptions as follows:
1. Branding is prohibited by local law or covenant
2. Contractual requirements limit branding for part of the fleet
* Your entire fleet will not be exempt; depending on fleet size and contractual obligations, either a number of vehicles or a percentage of fleet must meet the requirements
3. Licensee has recently branded using a prior, approved design
4. Any such exception shall be evidenced by a branding agreement, approved by Gray Line
